We are currently seeking a Casual  Team Members for our Ballarat  store with prior retail experience who are dedicated, passionate and wants to be part of a hard working but fun team environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

  • Providing customer service
  • Supporting catalogue and promotional merchandising
  • Working in a team to achieve store and business objectives
  • Working in a range of departments
  • Performing daily activities i.e. stock placement, ticketing, visual displays etc.
  • Maintaining a neat, full and safe environment
  • Building positive relationships with fellow team members and customers
  • Processing and Pick Packing online orders including consistent lifting of light loads

ABOUT YOU :

  • A passion for service and retail
  • Above award wage on the Harris Scarfe EBA
  • Retail experience- preferably within a big-box retail space
  • The ability to multitask
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong teamwork ability
  • A focus on safety
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
