What a Day In The Life Looks Like

• Acting as the central liaison between the Client and the Supplier’s deliver teams, ensuring that all communications are clear, timely and productive
• Leading end-to-end project delivery by overseeing all workstreams within the program to ensure alignment with the agreed scope, timelines and quality standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with Client stakeholders, proactively addressing concerns and managing expectations whilst aligning cross functional teams
• Developing and maintaining the program roadmap and scope, tracking progress and deliverables against milestones and ensuring schedules and milestones are completed on schedule
• Identifying, assessing and escalating risks or issues promptly and working with relevant stakeholders to develop mitigation or resolution plans
• Driving accountability and optimising capacity by coordinating internal teams to ensure adequate resourcing and skill alignment for project needs
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, adhere to contractual or regulatory requirements and the proper systems are established for reporting and transparency for both internal and external stakeholders
• Gathering feedback and recommending improvements to enhance future delivery whilst managing change to scope, schedule and budget and maintain consistency

What You Bring To The Team

NB : This role will maintain regular physical presence (approx. 50%) on Client location particularly during key phases such as construction, commissioning and Go-Lives.
