About The Role

We are currently searching for motivated, dedicated and customer focused team players to join our fun and energetic team as Food & Beverage Attendants. This is a part-time opportunity located at our flagship venue, Mounties in Mount Pritchard.

To succeed in this role, you will be a true hospitality superstar that has a dynamic personality coupled with the ability to bring an exciting and customer focused attitude that is committed to creating memorable moments for all customers.

More specifically, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Enhancing the food and beverage experience for all members and guests
• Making Coffees
• Preparing alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Basic food preparation
• Operating cash register
• Delivering food and beverages to tables
• General cleaning duties

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Barista / cocktail experience is highly desirable
• Impeccable presentation
• Ability to multi‑task and work in a team environment as well as unsupervised
• Ability to carry out basic cooking
• Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends
• Current NSW RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
• A demonstrated ability to anticipate customer’s needs and exceed customer expectations
• Excellent communication skills
