Responsibilities

First impressions are everything! And as our Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to create lasting memories for every Guest, which is why we’re looking for individuals who are relationship-focused and take pride in their work. You'll :

• Lead by example in the high standard cleaning of guest rooms, common areas and facilities.
• Supervise and provide guidance, direction, and training to the housekeeping team to ensure they meet standards and benchmarks.
• Provide feedback on room conditions, particularly areas that require deep cleaning, repairs or replacement to maintain room standards.
• Ensure our 'Veri-Best' housekeeping processes and policies are implemented within the team.
• Build strong and authentic relationships with your teammates and our guests.
• Ensure a clear line of communication between housekeeping and other teams within the hotel.
• Provide support and assistance to the Hotel Manager and be the housekeeping expert.
