What you’ll do :
Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders.Work efficiently to ensure timely delivery of dishes to guests.Comply with safety and health policies, procedures, and role responsibilities as defined in the Safety and Health Responsibilities and Accountabilities procedure.Setup and cleaning of kitchen.What you’ll need :
Experience working in a hands-on, team-focused bistro style kitchen.Knowledge of cooking practices as they apply to the relevant venue's menu.An uncompromising attitude towards high food quality, presentation, and safety.Strong communication and organisation skills.Trade cooking qualifications are essential.The benefits are good too!
