Join an industry‑leading residential home builder as a Building Manager , responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑quality homes across multiple regions and offices.

You’ll lead a team of Construction Managers, Maintenance Managers, and Area Managers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Beyond site delivery, you’ll play a key role in managing budgets and financial performance, driving profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 10 direct reports and up to 100 staff total, delivering over 500 homes across the region
• Oversee day‑to‑day construction operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, building codes, and company standards
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety across all sites, taking corrective action when needed
• Lead, mentor, and support your team to meet project and performance targets
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and trade partners—including scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance
• Drive efficiency, minimise waste, and contribute to continuous improvement across all building processes
• Promote and uphold workplace health and safety practices on every site
