Virtual Graphic Designer Full Time
Full-Time Virtual Graphic Designer — Wedding & Event Stationery
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, specialising in luxury wedding and event stationery . The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a passion for design, and strong communication skills to work directly with clients throughout the design process.
About the Role
As part of our design team, you’ll be responsible for creating beautiful, personalised stationery that reflects each client’s unique vision. This role involves both creative design work and client communication — ensuring each order is handled with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom wedding and event stationery, including invitations, signage, and day‑of details
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to discuss design concepts, revisions, and approvals
- Handle client virtual consultations and calls Friday to Sunday from our store
- Manage ongoing design projects and client correspondence Monday to Thursday via email
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate print files and layouts
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all designs
