The Role
Were looking for a driven and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on business development . Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new client partnerships while also managing the recruitment process. This is a high-impact role where you will directly contribute to the companys growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development :
- Proactively source and reach out to potential clients, building strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities within our target industries.
- Attend networking events and leverage LinkedIn to expand our client base.
- Pitch our recruitment solutions to businesses and close deals.
Client & Account Management :
Recruitment Delivery :
What Were Looking For
Sales-Driven Mindset You love winning new business and smashing targets.
Proven Experience At least 1-2 years in recruitment or B2B sales with a track record of bringing on new clients.
Strong Communication Confident in cold calling, pitching, and negotiating deals.
Resilient & Self-Motivated You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Industry Knowledge Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing solutions is a plus.
