About The Role

As Store Manager, you\’ll be responsible for uplifting your team, fostering a culture where teamwork and collaboration thrive, and being the face of the Baby Bunting brand. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about leading people as they are about delivering exceptional customer experiences!

• ? Lead & Motivate Instruct and inspire your team to succeed, foster collaboration, and lead by example to keep everyone engaged and focused.
• ? Customer-First Focus Deliver exceptional service, solve problems with care, and ensure every family feels valued.
• ? Drive Store Success Achieve sales targets, manage stock and presentation, and empower your team with product knowledge.
