Full time position based in Broadmeadow
We’re looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Consultant to be the first point of contact for phone and online enquiries in our busy contact centre in Broadmeadow.
About the role
In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional service across multiple channels : phone, email and live chat to a diverse range of stakeholders including employers, job seekers, residential tenants and students. You’ll respond to enquiries about VERTO’s services and programs, and provide general administrative support such as data entry, printing and scanning.
