About the role
We currently have a new opportunity for a Customer Service Officer - Export to join the team based in either Docklands, Tatura or Bega. The purpose of the role of Export Customer Service is to manage the customer order life cycle from order receipt to invoice, and export documentation. The role will ensure Bega's export license is protected by operating in a manner that is compliant with dairy export legislation and complying with country export regulation. The role will act as a 'customer champion' within the business to ensure that the customer's needs are met within business rules. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to drive excellence across our processes and improve the customer experience.
