About the Role

We're seeking a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join our client's team. You will manage the ordering, delivery, and invoicing of products and services for our pharmaceutical industry clients. Collaborating closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams, you will ensure smooth and timely operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process customer orders from initiation to completion, including purchasing, delivery tracking, and invoicing.
2. Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers and logistics providers.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
4. Support quality checks and report any issues with products or deliveries.
5. Maintain accurate records in systems like MYOB ERP.
6. Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery times and follow up as needed.
7. Monitor and report on delivery performance and order accuracy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in logistics, purchasing, or order management.
• Understanding of working with 3PL providers and suppliers.
• Proficiency with systems such as MYOB, SAP, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with international logistics or pharmaceutical products is advantageous.
• Knowledge of GDP or GWP is a plus.
