Your opportunity

You will design, implement and optimise cloud‑based solutions that support Anglicare’s IT infrastructure and business operations. You’ll ensure reliability, scalability and security across our cloud environments while driving innovation through modern technologies.

With Integrity And Resilience, You Will

  • Deliver cloud solutions within the Azure ecosystem, aligned to best practices
  • Manage Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and availability
  • Administer identity, email and collaboration platforms
  • Implement security and compliance measures across cloud services
  • Maintain technical documentation, configurations, and operational procedures
  • Participate in on‑call and incident response support as required

What You’ll Bring

You are a technically strong, solutions‑focused engineer who thrives in complex environments. You bring deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, a passion for secure and scalable systems, and a collaborative mindset that supports shared success.

You Will Also Need

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline and 8+ years’ of enterprise infrastructure experience
  • Proven expertise in Azure services (IaaS, PaaS) and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • Strong knowledge of identity management, hybrid AD environments and conditional access
  • Experience implementing cloud security and compliance frameworks (e.g. CIS, ISO 27001, NIST)
  • Familiarity with cloud networking, firewalling, and Microsoft best practices
  • Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, ARM / Bicep, Terraform or similar) – highly desirable
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a continuous improvement mindset
