Overview

As a Full-Time Room Leader at Goodstart Early Learning, you play a key leadership role within the centre's educational team. You are responsible for creating and implementing high-quality programs that support children's holistic development, while ensuring the learning environment is safe, inclusive, and engaging.

Location : Toowoomba, Darling Downs Region QLD 4350, home of the Jagera, Giabal and Jarowair People

Employment Type

Employment Type : Full Time | 38 hours per week | Flexible start and finish times

Pay

Pay : up to $39.35 + Super

Responsibilities

Lead your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
Ensure safety and inclusivity in all learning experiences, tailored to meet the needs of all children.

You'll need

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current Queensland Working with Children Check
