Administrative Assistant - Immediate Start
Onsite parking, Western Sydney location, $30-$35 per hour + Super
The Company

With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, they are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. You'll be provided with the training and support needed to build strong relationships with key stakeholders gain a deep understanding of the business's operations and day-to-day requirements.
The Position
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
Manage emails, phone calls, and document filing
Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
Assist with data entry and maintaining internal systems
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed
Support ad hoc tasks and projects as required
The Candidate
Previous experience in an administration or office support role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
