We are looking for a team player and a can-do attitude, with experience in the customer service industry, to join our Dynamic team at BSC Wacol.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and customer service focused to provide technical sales and product support. Ensuring that we remain the supplier of choice among our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Process orders via phone and email.
  • Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone.
  • Attend to general and sales enquiries.
  • Assist with pick packing orders.

This position will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

  • Good verbal and written skills
