The Role – What You’ll Do

• Install, splice, align, and maintain conveyor belt systems
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on-site and in the workshop
• Complete scheduled maintenance and preventative servicing
• Work safely in line with industry and company procedures
• Support a team committed to getting the job done right the first time

Who We’re Looking For

Entry Level

• A strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and mechanical aptitude
• Background in labouring, trades, farming, or heavy industry is a bonus
• Willing to learn and grow into a long-term career

Experienced

• Cert III in Polymer Processing or currently working toward it
• Proven experience in splicing, installing, and servicing belts
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes

The Essentials

• Manual driver’s licence (HR an advantage)
• Ability to pass a Coal Board Order 43 medical
• Willing to live within 45 minutes of Beresfield (this is not a FIFO/DIDO role)
• Must be clean-shaven for medical (Order 43 requirement)
