What you’ll do

As a Senior Operational Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for applications, ancillary software and hardware, and other new technology initiatives as they emerge.

You will continuously strive for operational excellence, instilling a customer first culture in the organisation and driving consistency across the Technology business.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in Technology and within a complex systems support environment across a complex enterprise with 24 / 7 services and servicing multiple customer facing platforms.
  • Secure knowledge of structured application environments.
  • Experience in software systems and / or enterprise grade support.
  • Experience working with a variety of supplier / resource models, including matrix, managed services, and multiple suppliers.
