Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customers lodging home insurance claims.
  • Provide empathetic and professional support throughout the claims journey.
  • Process claims efficiently, following structured procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve claims promptly.
  • Handle each claim with care, professionalism and attention to detail.

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in  claims management  or a  customer service  role.
  • Strong phone manner and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset and an empathetic, customer-first attitude.
