New branch location in Gosford, opening 2026. Training and onboarding will be done at Hornsby until store opening.

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team, you’ll help landscapers, irrigation specialists and other tradespeople access the products they need to take care of their outdoor spaces, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service and information about products
• Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch tidy and safe
• Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
