Are you ready to take ownership of inventory accuracy and drive real impact across the supply chain? Smurfit Westrock is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Accuracy : Manage cycle counts using Radius, investigate discrepancies, and ensure precise stock adjustments.
• Drive Reporting Excellence : Deliver accurate stock reports and resolve allocation issues.
• Own Stocktakes : Be the go-to coordinator for stocktakes—plan, assign, and execute with precision.
• Support Operations : Step in for Dispatch and Forklift roles when needed.
• Champion Continuous Improvement : Lead CI projects and foster a culture of innovation.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Warehouse, Production, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.

Mandatory Qualifications

Key Relationships

Internal : Warehouse Manager, Leading Hand, Warehouse Staff, Production Manager, Operations Manager, Area Leads, Supply Chain / Procurement, Finance

External : Transport Companies and External Warehousing.
