Where you’ll be working :

Nestled in the scenic Liverpool Plains, Quirindi—affectionately known as the “nest in the hills”—is surrounded by breathtaking sunflower fields and rolling countryside, just under an hour from Tamworth. The Quirindi Health Service comprises :

  • Quirindi Hospital – a 24 / 7 acute care facility with Emergency Department
  • HealthOne Quirindi – a co‑located General Practice and Community Health service

Together, we provide coordinated, patient‑centred care across a wide spectrum of health needs for a tight‑knit rural community. You’ll work in a team led by Health Service Manager Jodie Martin, who fosters a culture of inclusion, fun, and support. About the role :

We are seeking Registered Nurses to deliver high‑quality, culturally sensitive care across both physical and mental health presentations. You will :

  • Provide person‑centred care using evidence‑informed practice
  • Support clinical pathways, planning, and evaluation
  • Deliver care aligned with National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

    Additional Information :

    Based on a minimum 18‑month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. All payments to part‑time and contract employees will be made on a pro‑rated basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions. Please note : if your contract ends before the agreed completion date, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
