Job Responsibilities :
- Develop strategic partnerships and build trusted relationships with customers, technical stakeholders, and decision-makers.
- Provide technical thought leadership and insights on products, industry trends, and their relevance to our customers.
- Understand assigned accounts’ current use cases, challenges, and opportunities, and the value the solution brings to their business.
- Consistently contribute to the broader team’s technical mindshare.
- Serve as an external spokesperson and evangelist for vision and associated technologies.
- Assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections and accelerate the technical evaluation component of the sales cycle.
- Maintain a solid understanding of competitive technologies and how to position to “win.”
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or at customer locations.
- Build complex, multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for customer evaluations.
- Drive the adoption and consumption of products by working with Customer Success and internal stakeholders.
- Formalize and deliver a strategic customer technology roadmap that identifies customers’ needs and requirements, translating them into actionable opportunity proposals, operational requirements, high-level designs, and customer success plans.
- Provide regular and efficient updates on assigned accounts to Sales and ATS management.
- Engage and leverage the wider team where appropriate to help manage and deliver the best customer outcomes.
- Work with limited oversight.
- Communicate with parties within and outside of the job function, including customers and vendors.
- Influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.
Required Experience :
Strong understanding of business processes and their implementation into enterprise applications.Analytical and negotiation skills, particularly at the C-level.Ability to work independently and in a strong team environment, delivering on both detail and strategy.Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.High level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge.Ideal Candidate :
Background in Presales or Customer Success management.Self-motivated and good communicator.Passion and aptitude for technology.Understanding of End User computing is a bonus.
