Job descriptionWork closely with Payroll Manager and Workforce Systems teams High-impact role with ownership of Kronos reporting and analysis Hands-on involvement in Kronos implementation and optimisation Opportunity to influence system design, controls, and best practice Stable, well-established organisation with national operations Own and manage Kronos workforce management reporting Run, validate, and analyse Kronos reports to support payroll accuracy Identify discrepancies between Kronos and payroll systems and investigate root causes Support Kronos implementation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities Provide insights and recommendations based on workforce and payroll data Support system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives Act as a subject matter expert for Kronos-related queries Strong hands-on experience with Kronos / UKG Workforce Management Payroll experience with a solid understanding of time and attendance data Proven ability to run detailed reports and perform data analysis Experience supporting Kronos implementations or major system upgrades highly desirable Strong Excel skills and analytical capability High attention to detail with a solutions-focused mindset Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Comfortable working in a fully office-based environment

This role will suit someone who enjoys deep system work, running detailed reports, analysing workforce data, and playing a key role in the successful rollout and optimisation of Kronos.
