Finance Systems & Delivery Lead | Retail | $170,000 – $180,000 package

The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity to join a market-leading retail business with a strong national footprint. Reporting to the General Manager Finance, the Finance Systems & Delivery Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the finance systems agenda and leading key process improvement initiatives across the organisation. This is a highly visible role requiring collaboration across Finance, IT, and other business units to ensure finance systems are robust, efficient, and aligned to business needs.

The Challenge

Key deliverables will include :

• Evaluate and enhance finance systems and processes to ensure they meet current and future business requirements
• Drive operational and process improvements through automation and continuous system development
• Support transformation projects involving new system implementations or upgrades, ensuring strong governance and control
• Maintain integrity of key finance systems including NetSuite, NetSuite Business Planning, Power BI, and Microstrategy
• Partner closely with Finance and IT to manage integrations, user access, reconciliations, and system performance
• Lead master data management, including chart of accounts design, to enable agile and accurate internal reporting
• Communicate complex system and process concepts effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following :

• Business, accounting or IT-related degree
• CPA / CA qualification nice to have
• Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial control is essential
• Likely you have spent time in core accounting or FP&A roles, before discovering your passion for Finance Systems
• A proven track record in delivering finance system migration and ERP-related transformation projects
• Advanced Excel and analytical capability across large data sets
• Collaborative communication style with the ability to influence and drive change
• Knowledge of NetSuite is ideal, though if you’re an experienced professional on other ERP systems, we would still be open to a conversation
