Overview:
In order to meet patient demand in the local area, this newly renovated practice in the centre of Umina Beach is seeking a GP to join on a full-time or part-time basis. This is a DPA location on the Central Coast, about an hour north of Sydney.

The clinic:

• Recently refurbished clinic, established in the local area for 30 years

• Privately owned and operated by 3 partners with plans to expand on the Central Coast

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Mixed billing structure - see 4 patients per hour

• Situated within the town's local shopping precinct - foot-traffic allows for walk-in appointments

Incentives offered:

• DPA location - FRACGPs with a moratorium eligible for this practice

• 70% of billings, initial bonded rate offered for the first 3 months

• Full-time nursing support on-site and a dedicated 3-bed treatment room

• Full-breadth of procedures offered - skin cancer removal, iron infusions, haemorrhoids, vasectomies etc

• Private consultation rooms for a full-time GP
