The Sales Support Team Leader oversees the operations and people management of our office support teams. In this role, you will be responsible for the operations of your allocated Sales Support teams, including onboarding new team members, providing ongoing training, managing leave cover, workflow management, team allocations, performance reviews, and developing successors within the team.
