About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Trade Retail Assistant with experience in tools to join our team on a permanent full‑time basis, reporting to the Store Manager.

Skills and Experience Required

• Previous retail sales experience is essential, ideally in a hardware or tool shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in construction, woodworking, automotive, or DIY projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
