About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of top-performing New Homes Consultants across multiple offices, driving sales growth and market share in a rapidly expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of New Homes Consultants across multiple regions
- Set and drive sales targets for each office and track performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and growth
- Coach and mentor the team to achieve individual and business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with land developers and external agents
- Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, preparing reports for senior management
