The Role

This is a senior leadership role where you will coach and develop your team, manage store operations, drive commerciality through smart product placement, and maximise profitability through driving sales and KPIs with your team. You will run a busy store with a large team and significant financial turnover, delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing multiple department leaders and achieving sales targets. You will create a positive workplace where everyone can grow while delivering results through strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Team Size : 30-40

Team Structure : Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, In-Store VM, 3x Department Supervisor, 3x Full-Time, 25+ Casuals
