About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and empathetic Disability Support Workers to provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities on a 24 / 7 rotating roster.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care

Medication assist

Meal preparation

Community access

PEG Feeding

Overnight support

Ideal Candidate

Experience in Support Work preferred; open to those with no experience

Experience in PEG Feeding and Catheter care preferred

Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities

A commitment to safe work practices and manual handling

NSW Driver License
