Hi, we’re Kennards Self Storage.

We’ve been helping Aussies and Kiwis ‘Create Space for Change’ for over 50 years, whether that’s moving house, starting a business, or just needing room for all four of those lounge suites (we’ve seen it all). With 126+ centres across Australia and New Zealand, we’re growing fast, and so can your career with us.

We’re looking for an Inbound Sales & Customer Care Officer to join our Team.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Answer inbound calls (that’s right, no cold calling).
• Help customers by listening first, then finding the right storage solution, via a trusted formula.
• Turn conversations into sales (with uncapped KPI incentives, more conversions, more $$).
• Work on a rotating roster of 3 days per week Mon-Sat, including a fixed Wednesday with occasional opportunities to pick up additional shifts.
• Show up at our Macquarie Park office every shift, because our best work happens together.
• Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that’s big on laughs and celebrates achievements.

Who You Are

• A good listener who enjoys helping people and turning chats into sales
• Comfortable multitasking between conversation and screen
• Reliable, punctual, and a supportive teammate
• Open to feedback and eager to grow (we'll invest in you, if you invest in yourself)
• Sales or call centre experience a plus, but not required
• The kind of teammate who makes the workday better for everyone else
