We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina Delivery Centre working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds.
Key Role Details :
- Start date 5th August, 2024
- 26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates (this will increase 01 / 07 / 2024)
- Permanent, full-time opportunities
- Operating Hours : Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm
- Inbound only - no sales / cold calling - contact centre role
- 4 weeks full time paid training
Key Responsibilities :
First point of contact for customer service and account managementUnderstand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experienceAssist customers to understand their superannuation requirementsSupport customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and emailGuide employers through their employee superannuation obligationsConduct eligibility checks for early release of superWork across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiriesMaintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive informationWhat's in it for you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No contact centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!
