Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced chemistry technician to join our innovative team. As a chemistry technician you will perform laboratory tests, analyze data and carry out technical functions specializing in detergents in support of other chemistry technicians.
Responsibilities
- Prepare materials and mixing chemicals for experimentation.
- Collecting samples and analyze information.
- Conduct field and laboratory tests
- Write reports from results in graphic and written form. By preparing charts, maps and diagrams as necessary.
- Perform necessary mathematical calculations and computations of measurements.
- Perform regular laboratory quality and quantity control checks. Making sure laboratory supplies are maintained and usage is monitored.
- Install and maintain equipment
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma or higher in Chemistry or a related field.At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualificationsProven experience in chemical analysis, process development, or quality control in an industrial setting.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to details.Ability to conduct complex experiments and interpret data effectively.Excellent communication and teamwork skillsIf you meet the required role, qualifications and skills for the position please apply now.
You will be paid $80,000-$100,000 + superannuation dependent on experience
