Salary : $ 110,279 - $124,071 p.a plus super ( pro rata if part time)

The opportunity :

Join a nationally funded initiative at the forefront of allergy prevention and research. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage budgets, contracts, reporting, and stakeholder communications, while coordinating events and supporting grant and philanthropic proposals. This is a hands‑on role offering the chance to contribute to national programs and research that make a real difference to health outcomes across Australia.

What you’ll do

• Lead budget tracking, monitoring, and comprehensive financial reporting for National Allergy Centre of Excellence (NACE) grant and projects
• Ensure all reporting and compliance requirements are met within required timeframes including Child Safe Compliance
• Support grant closeout processes for current funding
• Establish and manage contracts with partners, including negotiation and closeout
• Maintain and manage the NACE conflict of interest register
