Business Operations Director

Clayton Church of Christ is in an exciting season of growth and transformation as we pursue our vision to build disciples who represent Jesus to everyone everywhere with everything. We are a strong Life Groupbased multicultural medium-sized church with weekly English and Chinese worship services. As we strengthen our gathered church we are also preparing for a future focused on mobilising a disciple-making are seeking a like-minded highly capable individual to join our Senior Leadership Team as Business Operations Director. This role provides key leadership across all operational areas of the church and will lead and support a dedicated staff team. It requires both relational warmth and strong strategic organisational and systems-focused Areas of Leadership and Oversight : Human Resources (approx. 19 staff) Information Technology Governance and Compliance Facilities Management Administration Project and Event Management Finance including payrollWe are looking for a leader who : Identifies with the vision mission and values of Clayton Church of Christ. Has a minimum of five years relevant experience and / or qualifications. Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Demonstrates proven ability to lead manage and empower staff. Is able to think strategically while maintaining strong attention to detail. Is well organised with excellent communication relational and planning skills.
