This is a national team with consultants based all around Australia, working to service their existing loyal clientele and taking new leisure enquiry from FCTG’s network of Corporate customers.

At FCTG we understand the importance of flexibility while fostering a culture of collaboration through in person iterations – our Corporate Benefits team offer remote, head office and hybrid working arrangements.

Your Tasks Will Include

• Managing cutting-edge OBW Business and Operating systems
• Assisting with shop budgets and exceeding P&L expectations
• Accelerating growth in customer bookings and fostering repeat business
• Communicating and implementing exciting system updates and training
• Contributing to the success of FCB initiatives, Flight Centre Holidays, and booking component levels 4+
• Coaching and developing the skills of your team members
• Providing a vision and instilling motivation in the team
• Cultivating an overall positive and vibrant office environment
