Apprentice Carpenter

About the Role :

We are seeking motivated Apprentice Carpenters to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about carpentry and eager to develop hands-on skills in the trade. You will assist our experienced team on-site and gain valuable experience in all aspects of framing, lockup, and fixing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Cut and prepare materials to required measurements
• Use a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Operate a circular saw with confidence
• Assist with wall framing and nailing
• Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Follow safety procedures at all times
• Requirements
• Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and materials
• Familiarity with using a circular saw and nail gun
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for carpentry

Preferred :

Prior experience in construction or carpentry (even informal)

Own basic tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one
