About the Role
As part of our Concierge team, you will be responsible for :
Welcoming Members and Guests in a friendly courteous mannerSigning in members and visitors, conducting ID checks and RSA assessmentsScreening and forwarding calls to appropriate personnel or departments and taking messages when appropriateAnswering questions about venues and providing all relevant informationOperating the public-address system to make any announcements to club patrons and staffProcessing tickets for shows and concerts and collecting paymentsUpdating details in membership systemIssuing Workers’ Gift CardsTaking member bookings for the Club courtesy busFacilitate cloak room service; andAny other reasonable duties as requested by Management.Requirements
12 months reception / concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentationExcellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaintsBasic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including OutlookCurrent NSW RSA / RCG competency cardPolite phone etiquette; andWilling to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.We offer ongoing opportunities for training and development to help grow your career within the hospitality industry, and a chance to work at one of the largest and most successful venues in Western Sydney.
