Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to those who need it most? Sheoak Lodge Aged Care is looking for a dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our Residential Care Home team. If you have a heart for helping others and want to contribute to the well-being of our residents, we want to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include :

• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Provide support in mobility and dexterity maintenance.
• Perform bed making, laundry, and cleaning duties.
• Transport residents and help with daily living activities.
• Communicate resident needs to the Registered Nurse and adhere to all safety and health guidelines.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and ability to follow instructions.
• A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and supporting other staff.
