Marsh Valuation Services is expanding nationally and in VIC and seeks an experienced Senior Valuer to join our team in Melbourne. This is a unique opportunity to work on large non‑mortgage valuation projects for some of the country’s leading organisations in a dynamic team environment.

Marsh Valuation Services specialises in valuations of property, infrastructure, plant and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations, without relying on bank panels or mortgage valuations.

We will count on you to:

• Apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various asset types for differing purposes.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively.
• Travel intrastate for key client commitments as needed.
• Provide expert advice to clients on valuation methodologies and project approaches.
• Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business relationships and grow the valuation portfolio.

What you need to have:

• AAPI with CPV qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in performing valuations.
• Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations.
• Strong business development skills with a growth‑focused mindset.
• Experience in project management.Availability to travel intrastate.
