About the Role
Through our brand Employment Services we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Site Manager : Transition to Work who will successfully lead and drive a team to achieve business success within our Transition to Work contract. You will work closely with the National Operations Manager : Transition to Work to oversee a team of dedicated professionals who deliver service excellence to our Participants while meeting contractual and Organisational performance standards and outcomes. This position will be responsible for teams at our key site in Noarlunga and outreach site at Aldinga.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Lead and manage teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and daily operations standards are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across various sectors to drive collaborative success
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve employment outcomes for young people
- Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimise service delivery and meet performance requirements
- Ensure compliance with government contracts, ISO standards, and organisational policies
- Support Participants from diverse backgrounds by ensuring they are provided with opportunities to receive high-quality service that achieve required outcomes
