Location

Mutchilba region, Far North Qld

Position

Casual (seasonal) commencing late November until end of December and again in February 2026

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Packing Shed Manager and Farm Manager to ensure fruit quality and QC standards are correct and maintained.

Ensure all Quality Assurance processes and documentation is completed.

Assist in completion of other records and documentation in the Packing Shed.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to job specific software.

High attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.

Qualifications / Preferences

A background in food production / quality control is highly preferred and experience with Freshtack software is well regarded. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food production / quality control is required. Flexibility in hours worked to achieve targets, ability to work weekends highly desirable. We are looking for candidates ideally with previous Mango Packing Shed Operations experience.
