As an Early Development Planning and Mentorship Specialist you will be responsible for conducting preliminary assessments, presenting your observations and findings to a multidisciplinary team of professionals, and working cooperatively to develop a plan that will support the child to meet early development goals based on the developmental snapshot you captured in your initial assessment. You will then play an integral role in the plan’s implementation through leading both 1 : 1 and group-based sessions.
