Job descriptionMinimum of 3 years in a similar role preferred Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course would be an advantage Strong knowledge and understanding of Australian Building Standards, Council and Covenant requirements Proficient in DataBuild and MS Suite Excellent interpersonal / communication skills, both verbal and written Passion for delivering clear and concise communication to internal and external clients Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines Able to work autonomously and as part of a team A GREAT attitude is a must! 80-100k + super Great opportunity with avn established company An environment where further development and learning are promoted and supported

THE ROLE :
- Report to the Estimating Manager
- Prepare accurate sales estimates for tenders and contracts for medium-density projects
- Obtain quotes and prices for variations
- Prepare tender documentation for presentation to clients
- Maintain quality checks of all documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity
- Liaising with several internal and external stakeholders
