Deliver high-quality clinical nursing care in line with individual client needsComplete assessments, develop care plans, and provide wound care, catheter management, stoma care, diabetes management and chronic disease managementCollaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to ensure holistic careEmpower clients through education and promote health and wellbeingWhat We’re Looking For :
Division One RN, registered with APHRA & minimum 1 year of experience in community, aged care, or acute settingsProficient use of technology, including mobile platforms and provision of telehealth services.Police check, Working with Children check, CPR, Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehiclePassion for delivering person-centred care in the communityYour Experience Matters
