Right now, they're growing their Sydney operations and looking for a Site Manager who thrives on building something bigger than themselves. Someone who can turn a set of plans into a living, breathing project — safely, efficiently, and with pride.

The role Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take ownership of mechanical services delivery across commercial and industrial builds. You'll lead site teams, juggle multiple moving parts, and ensure every job meets the same benchmark of excellence this company is known for.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timelines, quality, and safety are on point
• Building solid relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Tracking progress, variations, and site documentation with a sharp eye for detail
• Driving workforce planning, resourcing, and performance
• Maintaining strict compliance with HSEQ standards
• Representing the brand with professionalism and pride on every site you walk into

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in a Site Manager role within building services or mechanical construction
• A strong grasp of commercial projects and site delivery from end to end
• The ability to lead teams, problem-solve, and keep calm when things get complex
• Experience using systems such as SimPRO or COINS (bonus points if you've mastered them)
• Clear communication, technical understanding, and a genuine passion for doing things right
