See yourself in our team. We’re looking for an inspiring Chief Engineer to join us as we embark on the next evolution of AI-powered engineering, with a specific focus on digital experience. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be a key member of our engineering leadership team, architecting and delivering resilient, secure, and intelligent systems that power millions of customer interactions every day. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment across service domains, and help drive the engineering direction within and across your domain.
