Responsibilities

• Manage food and beverage operations to a high standard.
• Maintain a high level of use and understanding of Momentus.
• Follow and deliver Company policies and procedures.
• Deliver event briefings and complete post‑event reports.
• Ensure additional charges are completed post‑event.
• Conduct staff training and development.
• Utilize POS operations with Square.
• Oversee and manage set‑up, preparation, operations and breakdowns of events.
• Ensure Company grooming standards are followed.
• Lead by example and be hands‑on in the delivery of service to our clients and their guests.
• Maintain food and beverage inventory stock control.
• Ensure adherence to food safety guidelines (HACCP).

This role is rostered in accordance with event requirements and will require weekend and evening work.
