About the Role

Junior Sales Trader / Broker

This is an entry-level role designed for ambitious individuals who want to build a career in financial services.

As a Junior Sales Trader, you will:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound enquiries.
• Speak with prospective clients, gather key details, and record them in our CRM.
• Connect qualified prospects with Senior Sales Traders.
• Assist with post‑sale support including account openings, KYC, and deposits.
• Build and manage prospect lists to ensure no lead is missed.

This is a structured career pathway. With training, milestones, and mentoring, you’ll develop the skills to progress into a Senior Sales Trader role.

Requirements

• Previous client‑facing or sales experience is a plus, but not essential — full training provided.
